Royaldreamhouse Services Pvt Ltd always give priority to the customers. So Royaldreamhouse keep some fruitful refund policy. In any case customers booked their room and he/she has successfully done his/her payment, but the customer see some error or payment is not done. In this case if we got the payment from customers then we will be refund this amount with in 7 working days. Customers money always safe in this condition. Customers also can contact to our customer support executive. Our customer support executive always ready to help our customers (24×7). If customers paid  successfully for their booking/ rent, but customers face some server issues in our website,  then customers will take help/ support to our customers support executive.

Royaldreamhouse always believe in simplicity. So our cancellation process is also simple. If any customer want to cancel his/her booking, he/ she can cancel his/her booking. In this case the customer can cancel his/ her booking with in 2hour. If the customer cancel his/her booking successfully then we will return his/her booking amount within 7 working days.
